About the Role
The Regional & Product Policy Leader (Business Integrity) - LATAM Lead is a leadership role responsible for end-to-end ownership of advertising policy across Latin America. Policy Development & Decision-Making
- Lead policy analysis and development for LATAM-specific use cases, product launches, and market initiatives.
- Evaluate business cases, product proposals, and relaxation requests to identify risks, trade-offs, and mitigation options.
- Partner closely with Legal and global policy leads to drive clear, defensible policy decisions.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Act as the primary LATAM policy partner for Product, Sales, Legal, Risk, Enforcement, and Operations teams.

- Identify emerging risks and gaps in policy coverage and propose improvements or iterations.
- Share regional insights, trends, and risks with senior stakeholders to inform global strategy.
