The LIVE Ecosystem Governance team plays a crucial role in ensuring platform integrity by designing product strategies, moderation mechanisms, and governance solutions to support sustainable growth. As a Product Manager, you will help develop governance tools, optimize ecosystem strategies, and drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance live-streaming experiences.
At TikTok LIVE, you'll work on real-world governance challenges at a global scale, collaborate with top industry experts, and contribute to shaping the future of live-streaming. This role provides hands-on product management experience and opportunities for career growth in the content governance and online community safety space.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for recruiting and developing live creators in the U.S. market, identifying and bringing in high-potential small and medium-sized enterprise creators, designing and implementing creator training systems to improve live skills, content quality, and fans management abilities.
2. Merchant operation support, providing 1v1, community-based, or large-scale GTM support depending on the merchant type, systematically enhancing the live operation capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprise.
3. Designate and track core metrics for regional markets, collaborate with relevant partners including product, recommendation, and governance teams, identify business opportunities, and ensure business objectives are achieved.
Qualifications
Minimun Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above;
- Over 5 years of experience in creator training, large-scale operation, or live streaming-related work. Practical experience in community management, skilled in building or operating creator/merchant communities (such as Discord, WhatsApp, or platform-based communities).

Preferred Qualifications
- Resources with local SMEs, live streaming creators, or internet celebrities, and are passionate about nurturing talent;
- Good content sensitivity, able to identify popular live streaming formats, traffic-driving highlights, and monetization opportunities for SMEs.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $151050 - $364800 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
