Regional Catering Procurement Manager - EMEA

Procurement aims to provide high-quality purchasing solutions for the company and establish a global platform for purchasing resources. Through providing professional management of procurement resources, selecting high-quality suppliers, and managing supplier performance, we aim to improve the efficiency, cost-effectiveness and compliance of the company's procurement practices, fostering a sustainable business environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead catering procurement projects across EMEA and other regions, including employee canteen outsourcing, snacks, event catering, pantry design, and kitchen equipment. Oversee the full sourcing-to-pay cycle, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, supplier management, PO processing, and payment coordination.
- Develop a strong understanding of market dynamics and regional logistics requirements, and deliver timely, cost-effective solutions with high service standards.
- Continuously refine supplier sourcing, selection, evaluation, and bidding processes to build and maintain a high-quality supplier base aligned with business needs.

- Align with global procurement and catering category strategies, and implement them within different markets. Provide insights on industry practices, legal requirements, and market conditions to support ongoing strategy optimisation.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring responsive, high-quality support that meets or exceeds expectations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum three years of solid procurement experience with strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation ability, strong data analytical and logic reasoning ability.
- Critical thinking to embrace changes and look for breakthroughs as a change agent to deliver success.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse, cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless project execution and alignment with global organisational objectives.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, conflict, and change effectively in a fast-moving, ever evolving working environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree.
- Prior experience managing catering procurement lifecycle in a global organisation.
- Professional certifications (e.g. PMP, CPSM).
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager in a multinational organisation.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, best practices, and market trends in the EMEA region.
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools such as Coupa.
