Real Estate Lease Data Specialist - EMEA
Responsibilities
Team Intro
The Real Estate and Facilities (RE&F) team, part of the Corporate Services department, was established in June 2015. As our company has grown, so has our global real estate footprint. We have developed a comprehensive management model covering the entire real estate lifecycle, including space planning, transaction management, project delivery, and facilities operations.
Responsibilities
- Lease Data Management: Review, interpret, and abstract lease terms; maintain and audit lease data in tracking systems; update critical dates (renewals, expirations, rent escalations, options).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with legal, finance, property management, procurement, IT, and admin teams to resolve data discrepancies, verify invoices, and improve processes.
- Payment Processing: Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payments for office leases and operational expenses across EMEA, aligned with financial and tax requirements.
- Invoice Management: Monitor supplier invoices, allocate costs among departments, and handle non-standard charges by clarifying responsibilities and ensuring compliance.
- Arrears Resolution: Address and verify historical arrears, confirm validity of supplier claims, allocate responsibility internally, and resolve payments while proposing process improvements.
- Lease Project Support: Manage end-to-end real estate leasing processes, including budget applications, contract approvals, broker fees, parking leases, and insurance arrangements.
