Quality Assurance Subject Matter Expert & Trainer (Mandarin Speaking) - Eco Governance, AI Data Service and Operations

Responsibilities

About the team
The AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team is responsible for providing safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all of the company's international products, which can also help international products build their own data ecological security.

Our Trainers are an essential part of making our ADSO teams successful. They develop and deliver online & classroom training to address changes to policies, induct new team members and help our teams gain new skills. It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance. Content that Eco Governance Trainer interacts with includes images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver process/product/policy training in classroom and/or online environment in English and Mandarin language.
2. Help to develop and deliver training courses for different trainees/markets/products.
3. Identify and assess training needs of the team to bridge any process/policy gaps for better performance and understanding about the policy.
4. Participate/lead policy briefings to ensure any changes are consistent and in line with cultural, socio, geographical and political conditions.
5. Work with labeling business team to achieve top performance, including group coaching, bottom performers identification and training.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably with policy, content moderation, or quality-related work.
- Proficient in English as a primary working language and fluent in Mandarin Chinese for the purpose of reviewing, analyzing, and assessing content published in the Mandarin language.
- 1+ years of experience in quality assurance and training or a related field.
- Expertise in content moderation policy, operational guideline development, and enforcement workflows.
- Strong command of English with exceptional attention to detail, clarity, and linguistic consistency, and excellent written communication skills with emphasis on precision, clarity, and operational feasibility.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and enforce complex guidelines or policies in writing-focused workflows, and experience evaluating qualitative content and using data to inform process improvements.
- Ability to design and deliver interactive, engaging training materials and sessions.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in content moderation, AI, or technical writing teams is a plus.
- High level of self-motivation, solution-oriented thinking, and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with machine-executable logic, labeling frameworks, or test-set workflows.
- Experience collaborating with Policy, Product, Governance, Engineering, or Training teams.
- Knowledge of scenario coverage, positive/negative balance, and dataset validation.
