QA Program Management Lead - USDS

Moderation Operations a pivotal team within U.S. Data Security JV. We strive to enable TikTok Shop to become the most trusted and secure platform in the US through operational excellence in content moderation via innovations in technology, optimization in processes and investment in people.
As the Team Lead, you are responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and execution of quality assurance and E-commerce content moderation programs across TikTok U.S. Data Security. This pivotal role demands a leader who can not only envision and drive strategy but also adeptly manage projects independently and navigate through highly ambiguous spaces with agility. You are expected to lead a diverse team of professionals to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our E-commerce content moderation operations, embodying innovation, collaboration, and excellence in every facet of program management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership, management and direction to a multifaceted team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence in all aspects of program management.
- Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive quality assurance and content moderation strategies, ensuring alignment with TikTok's overall mission and values.
- Ensure seamless collaboration and integration among different teams and projects, facilitating cross-functional engagements and stakeholder alignment.
- Drive the continuous improvement of processes and policies, leveraging insights and data analysis to inform decision-making and program enhancements.
- Manage resource allocation and project prioritization, ensuring the effective use of resources and timely delivery of program objectives.
- Engage with senior leadership and external partners, representing the E-commerce Moderation initiatives and advocating for support and resources.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, implementing adjustments and strategies to meet and exceed organizational goals and objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, with significant experience in program or project management roles.
- Proven leadership experience in program management, preferably within content moderation, quality assurance, or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team of senior professionals, managing multiple projects and initiatives across diverse operational areas.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of driving program success and innovation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, capable of effectively navigating complex organizational structures.
- Deep understanding of quality assurance methodologies, content moderation challenges, and the digital media landscape.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $139650 - $256500 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
