Responsibilities
The Emerging Verticals team builds and scales programs that grow high-quality content supply across TikTok's content categories in North America. Our work sits at the intersection of platform strategy, content growth, and product adoption-helping creators and publishers expand their presence, build sustainable content strategies, reach new audiences, and grow their impact on TikTok.
About the Role

You will work closely with publishers to understand their business priorities, editorial strategies, audience development goals; identify growth opportunities; drive adoption of platform products and programs; and translate TikTok's strategic priorities into actionable plans for publisher partners.
The ideal candidate has experience managing publishers, media organizations, or strategic content partners and understands the evolving digital media ecosystem, publisher business models, audience development strategies, and content distribution across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic publisher accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted strategic advisor.
- Own publisher relationships end-to-end, including partner identification, onboarding, account planning, performance reviews, growth strategy, and long-term engagement.
- Develop publisher-specific growth strategies that help partners increase high-quality content supply, grow audiences, improve engagement, and expand their presence on TikTok.
