Project Strategist - Commercial Partnerships Solutions - LATAM

About the Team:

The Commercial Partnerships Solutions team under Creative Product Operations team empowers advertisers, creators, and partners to unlock the full potential of TikTok's creative ecosystem. We support advertisers throughout their media journey by enabling access to creative media solutions, production partners, and scalable content strategies designed for TikTok.
As our advertising solutions and product ecosystem continue to evolve, campaign execution and product adoption have become increasingly challenging. To support this growth, the team works closely with Sales, agencies, and advertisers to ensure content projects are effectively planned, executed, and scaled.
The Project Strategist function plays a key role in bridging strategy and execution - helping Sales teams translate product capabilities into real client solutions while accelerating deal conversion and campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in negotiating business models with partners, determining costs, delivery timelines, and other project specifications.
- Demonstrated ability to calculate project ROI based on revenue potential in collaboration with sales teams.
- Track record of collecting relevant data and narratives to support projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Previous involvement in developing media plans, assessing the value of quotas, and validating revenue share with partners.
- Identify opportunities to integrate TikTok's creative solutions and strategic products into advertiser media plans.
- Familiarity with collaborating with various teams such as Operations, Programming, Social, etc., to validate quantities, formats, and unconventional solutions.
- Drive product adoption and revenue delivery across assigned markets or Sales pods.
- Partner closely with Sales teams, agencies, and advertisers to support project planning and execution.
- Experience in conducting project's recaps and post-sale learning assessments to drive continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s):
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing, Product, Content, or Digital Media landscape
- Proven ability to support sales strategy, deal development, and revenue delivery
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong product and platform understanding
Preferred Qualification(s):
- Experience working directly with advertisers and agencies in client-facing roles
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, creative production workflows, and creator ecosystems
- Experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority
