We are the Service Supply Chain Team, dedicated to supporting the company's data center and CDN operations with end-to-end supply chain solutions.
Our core responsibilities include: Procurement of CDN hardware and related services; Global delivery & deployment of hardware (to CDN/Edge/PoP/IDC sites); IDC logistics management; Spare parts support; Hardware recycling & decommissioning.

The Service Supply Chain team is seeking a Project Manager, Supply Planning to support our Global CDN (Content Delivery Network) and Edge deployment. This role blends project management and delivery management responsibilities, with a focus on executing detailed analysis and material status tracking.
The role covers supply chain planning, logistics, shipment, and hardware deployment support for CDN and PoP sites, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and follow-through for routine tasks.

Responsibilities
1. Delivery Management
- Maintain and update the DSP (Demand Supply Planning) sheet for suppliers, ensuring the accuracy of material and service readiness data.
- Organize weekly DSP meetings with all hardware suppliers, take meeting minutes, track production schedules, and follow up on the resolution of supply chain-related issues.
- Monitor basic KPI data (e.g., On-Time Delivery rate/OTD, Service Level Agreement/SLA), compile regular data reports, and flag anomalies to the team.
- Collaborate with supply teams and suppliers/manufacturers to confirm delivery commitments and ETAs (Estimated Time of Arrivals), and assist in drafting regional inventory replenishment plans, monthly operations review, etc.
- Assist the planning manager in aligning project plans and supply plans, and track whether demand is matched with supply progress.
2. Project Management
- Participate in the development of VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) management processes, and help design simple tracking and review mechanisms to balance delivery efficiency and inventory costs.
- Support cross-functional communication for key component supply planning, including relaying upstream business commitments and execution status, and collecting feedback for process optimization.
- Attend cross-functional meetings (e.g., CDN construction, warehousing scheduling) to support alignment, and follow up on assigned action items.
- Provide data analyses and manage supply chain optimization projects when necessary.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in supply chain, or business field.
- Experience and understanding of data center supply chains (e.g., inventory control, order management/PR/PO) or data center infrastructure (e.g., servers, CDN/Edge/PoP).
- Strong attention to detail, ability to handle detail-oriented projects.
- Proactive communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners across global regions.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in supply chain, project coordination, or data center-related operations.
- Practical experience in the infrastructure aspects of Edge/PoP/CDN.
- Direct experience in Vendor Management, including establishing and monitoring KPIs and SLAs.
- Hands on knowledge of VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory), global and regional customs regulations, with experience in export and import processes, and successful cases to pull in materials for high project on-time rates.
- Excellent communication skills and capable of interpreting customer needs. Regular interaction with legal, finance, and tax departments, demonstrating experience in cross-functional collaboration.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $71440 - $168000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
