You will help businesses grow on a global platform, working on the campaigns and relationships that turn advertisers into long-term partners.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Support Korea sales operations, including advertiser onboarding, coordination, documentation, and project tracking.
- Support new TikTok Shop advertisers by monitoring onboarding progress, resolving blockers, and improving their experience.
- Localize playbooks, product materials, and enablement resources for Korea.
- Prepare campaign documents, operational updates, and performance reports using internal tools and dashboards.
- Analyze project, campaign, and advertiser data; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support growth initiatives.
- Own small projects that improve workflows, reporting, or client experience.
- Collaborate with Sales, TikTok Shop, Marketing, Operations, Product, and analytics teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in the following languages: Korean and English. Fluency in written and spoken Korean is mandatory for managing stakeholders in Korean-speaking markets.
- Strong Excel or Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, and reporting.
