Program Manager - Scaled Client Solutions - Global Business Solutions
Responsibilities
The Regional Product & Client Solutions (rPCS) organisation drives strategic alignment and commercial excellence across EUI. This team focuses on elevating product and client solution strategy across the GBS region, ensuring consistent go-to-market excellence. RPCS partners closely with EU markets to surface opportunities, streamline product adoption, and drive incremental revenue. Through close collaboration with sales and product stakeholders, the team brings clarity, cohesion, and commercial momentum to the region.
Role Description
- Act as a force multiplier for the Head of SCS, supporting strategic execution, prioritization, and follow-through across EUI with Leads and XFNs
- Orchestrate end-to-end delivery of SCS programs (Jump Start, SME, etc) by coordinating inputs, timelines, and dependencies.
- Enable SCS Leads by providing structure, clarity, and operational support-ensuring programs are executed consistently across markets.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across SCS, CS, Sales, Ops, Policy, and product to unblock execution and manage dependencies.
- Own operational cadence (planning cycles, milestones, SLAs, reviews) and ensure progress against agreed priorities.
- Track program KPIs, risks, and escalations, ensuring visibility and follow-through across stakeholders
- Standardize processes, tooling, and documentation to scale SCS ways of working across regions.
- Identify process simplification, automation, and efficiency opportunities to reduce operational friction.
- Support new program pilots, launches, and iterations in partnership with SCS leadership.
- Support change management and adoption of SCS frameworks across markets and XFN teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of experience working within Media with a demonstrated role in either a sales, marketing or strategy capacity.
- Demonstrated record of overseeing and driving strategic projects and programs that deliver high-impact results.
- Knowledge of media sales and marketing processes and technologies preferred. (e.g. Auction/Programmatic, brand/performance measurement, adtech/martech)
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
- A commercial mindset with a history of delivering against stretching performance goals.

- A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth or matrixed environments, bringing structure, prioritization, and clarity to evolving programs while proactively driving solutions.
- Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives.
