Program Manager - Creator Product Adoption (Seoul)
Responsibilities
About the Team
As a Program Manager for Creator Product Adoption (TV/Film) in Korea, you will be instrumental in strengthening one of TikTok's key content verticals. Your mission is to design, launch, and scale in-app campaigns and programs that empower creators within the TV/Film category to fully leverage our product features. By driving the adoption of advanced creation tools and formats specific to this vertical, you will elevate the quality and volume of professional content, enrich the platform's entertainment ecosystem, and contribute directly to the growth of this strategic priority.
Responsibilities
- Lead Scaled Adoption Programs: Own the end-to-end strategy, development, and execution of in-app campaigns and programs specifically designed for the TV/Film vertical. Drive large-scale creator participation to increase the adoption of core product features and elevate content quality.
- Cross-Regional Collaboration & Execution: Serve as the key DRI in Korea. Work closely with Global Product teams and various Regional teams to localize product strategies, align on objectives, and ensure the successful rollout and impact of adoption programs.
- Leverage Data for Growth: Establish clear metrics and OKRs to measure program success and creator adoption. Utilize data analytics to monitor performance, derive actionable insights, and iterate rapidly on strategies to optimize impact.
- Operational Excellence: Leverage internal tools and systems to manage projects efficiently. Proactively identify and troubleshoot operational or technical hurdles to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Enable Creators at Scale: Develop and operationalize scalable enablement frameworks-such as tutorials, best practice guides, and communication playbooks-that empower TV/Film creators to independently master new tools and formats.
