Program Manager, Business Insights and Optimization - AI Data Service and Operations

About the Team
The AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team is responsible for providing safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all of the company's international products, which can also help international products build their own data ecological security.

Responsibilities
- Independently own the end to end planning, management and delivery of key projects to resolve problem statements relevant to overall ADSO.
- Cultivate strong partnership with Lines of Business partners, employing a strategic approach to facilitate the effective integration of LoB requirements into proposed solutions, thereby ensuring that operational strategies are closely aligned with business priorities.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of operational metrics to identify bottlenecks, uncover improvement opportunities, and produce structured reports systematically with actionable insights that inform both strategic and tactical decisions.
- Translate findings into targeted process optimizations, with clear methodology, principles and framework, that drive measurable business outcomes and support data-driven leadership decisions.
- Drive the definition and maintenance of a clear governance framework for key metrics, including ownership, definitions, usage, and change management processes; lead and support initiatives to unify and standardize metrics, reporting practices.
- Drive alignment and collaboration across diverse teams, ensuring dependencies are managed and that cross-functional teams are aligned on the goals, timelines and expectations, and therefore delivering the program according to business objectives and roadmap.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Completion of Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- 5 years of experience in project management, business operations, or related technology fields with hands-on focus on operational excellence and process optimization.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize large datasets to inform strategic decisions while operating effectively in complex, fast-changing environments.
- Strong organization, coordination, and communication skills, with proven experience managing complex, strategic projects and processes.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and detail-oriented; ensure data accuracy and quality.
- Able to communicate complex analyses to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating insights into practical recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of operational workflows and business processes in the Operations/Trust & Safety/Content Safety domain.
- Able to work with data using tools like SQL, BI/visualization tools, and Excel to support project tracking, reporting, and business insights.
