About the Team
The TikTok User Privacy & Responsibility Product division ensures that TikTok meets privacy, responsibility, and regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional user experiences for creating, consuming, and enjoying content on TikTok.
Responsibilities
- Support TikTok's Age Assurance ecosystem by improving moderation strategies and operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance age verification accuracy and compliance outcomes.
- Manage external vendors and drive seamless integration with internal systems to ensure user experience and cost efficiency.
- Monitor key metrics, identify root causes of issues, and drive continuous optimization.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with 3+ years of experience in operations, trust & safety, or program management.
- Strong analytical and project management skills with cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in youth/teen safety programs.
- Familiarity with global privacy and age-related regulations.
- Experience managing third-party verification vendors or large-scale operational systems.
- Passion for building safe and responsible user experiences.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88000 - $202667 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
