Product Solutions and Operations Project Intern (Scaled Growth) - 2026 Start

Responsibilities

The Europe&Israel Scaled Growth team owns the product strategy and operations tailored to agency, channel sales and vendor sales businesses. By identifying introduce targeted advertising products and industry best practices to both new and existing advertisers, agency and channel sales partners. We analyze and deeply understand our regional agency partners and their advertisers, and own the regional product strategy and GTM operations.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Responsibilities:
- In-depth Market and Customer Research: Skillfully utilize multi-dimensional data to analyze industry trends, providing data support for industry growth development and strategy. Support planning and execution of client interviews.
- Product Positioning and Support: Supporting product solution positioning, set targets, and provide necessary marketing tools and materials to the sales team.
-Go-to-Market (GTM) Campaigns: Supporting on product organizing and executing online and offline marketing activities to enhance product visibility and market share, including email campaigns.
- Project Planning and Facilitation: Supporting industry project planning and operation and aligning XFNs to work under one roadmap.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in computer science or a related technical discipline
Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to break down, analyze, and solve complex problems
- Strong organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; self-motivated and responsible, able to drive projects independently with reliability and simplicity
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
- Proficiency in Chinese and English is required to collaborate with global partners, including Engineering teams based in Mandarin-speaking regions. These interactions include leading and participating in meetings that are conducted in Chinese as well as corresponding in chat or emails.
- Able to intern for 3 months or longer; candidates available to work 5 days a week are preferred.
- Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period.
