Product & Process Solutions Lead - Quality Management

Responsibilities

The Video Safety Operations - Product & Process Solutions team is dedicated to ensuring a safe, reliable, and efficient experience for TikTok users by managing operational excellence by leading demand and supply management, quality management and transition of initiatives of T&S operations. It evaluates and assesses process changes for implementation in T&S Video Safety operations. The team acts as an entry point between TikTok business and T&S Video Safety operations for all requests related to product, policy or process.

Responsibilities
- Lead the team to manage and optimize the workflow of content platform quality control, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop moderation quality strategies that enhance reliability and efficiency, aligning with the company's values and best practices.
- Lead strategic quality initiatives from planning to execution, partnering with business leaders to proactively identify and analyze issues in moderation processes and strategies, enhancing efficiency, effectiveness and quality.
- Lead the team to track development trends in quality processes and drive transformational initiatives to implement new quality improvement methods, optimize moderation practices, and enhance automation strategies for continuous refinement.
- Lead the team to explore AI-based solutions for moderation quality, working with algorithm and product teams to turn new technology into practical quality evaluation and improvement methods, and drive them from exploration through to landing.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)
- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of experience in quality operations and content safety related work, with at least 2 years managing managers or mentoring leads across locations.
- Excellent product thinking and problem-solving abilities, with clear logic and strong data analysis skills;
