Team Introduction
The TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partner organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real-time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven LIVE Product Operations Manager to join our TikTok USDS JV LIVE team. This role will serve as the critical bridge between our central revenue product leadership and local market execution, driving the end-to-end lifecycle of revenue products from market insights to scaled promotion and integration.

You will collaborate directly with the LIVE central revenue product leader and US User Operation leader to transform market intelligence into actionable product strategies, design and execute go-to-market (GTM) launches, drive data insights sharing, amplify success and propose iterations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify high value user product opportunities within the live streaming ecosystem.
- Gather and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data from both US and China live streaming markets to inform product strategy and GTM.
- Collaborate with central product leadership to define clear product positioning and value propositions tailored to local markets.
- Design and implement comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for revenue product launches.
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment across product, marketing, and support teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
- Establish product operating models that define how strategy translates into execution, including roles, responsibilities, and collaboration guidelines.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all activities necessary to bring revenue products to market efficiently and effectively.

- Manage resources and track progress to ensure all launch activities are completed on time and within budget.
- Implement systematic experimentation frameworks to test product-market fit and optimize performance per user cohort.
- Serve as the cross-functional glue that keeps all product stakeholders collaborating seamlessly throughout launch phases.
- Design and implement feedback loops to gather both quantitative metrics and qualitative insights post-launch.
- Analyze product performance data to identify optimization opportunities and inform iteration cycles.
- Conduct customer interviews and support data analysis to understand user experience and friction points.
- Create centralized repositories for research findings to ensure insights are accessible and reusable across the organization.
- Identify and amplify strong product adoption cases through in-app features and creator/gifter engagement programs.
- Develop best practices and success stories to drive broader adoption across the creator ecosystem.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, with data analytics training background.
- 2+ years of experience in product operations, product management, GTM or related roles within technology or digital media companies.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for digital products.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision making.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in live streaming, social media, or digital entertainment industries.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83600 - $143556 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
