Responsibilities:
This role is an AI CRM Product Operations Intern position, with a strong focus on AI product implementation, AI agent operations, and GTM execution. It is not a traditional marketing/sales support or coding role.
You will be directly involved in:
- Driving the implementation of AI CRM products in real business scenarios
- Operating and configuring core capabilities such as AI Agents, Sequences, and Assignment logic
- Supporting GTM execution during product iterations through hands-on operations and data support
- Assist in executing the GTM strategy for AI CRM products, including market research, competitive analysis, and sales enablement;
- Support communication between the product and global sales teams, facilitating the adoption and implementation of CRM tools;
- Participate in the planning and creation of sales training materials to optimize the sales process and improve efficiency;
- Conduct data analysis to provide market insights and optimize GTM strategies;
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure smooth execution of GTM initiatives.
