Product Operations Manager - Global Business Solutions- London

Responsibilities

The Regional Product & Client Solutions (rPCS) organisation drives strategic alignment and commercial excellence across EUI. This team focuses on elevating product and client solution strategy across the GBS region, ensuring consistent go-to-market excellence. RPCS partners closely with EU markets to surface opportunities, streamline product adoption, and drive incremental revenue. Through close collaboration with sales and product stakeholders, the team brings clarity, cohesion, and commercial momentum to the region.

The Data and Tooling team is responsible for building scalable, regional solutions starting with dashboards that are fit for use, simple and consistent. This teams enables hypothesis development, deeper analysis in an efficient manner for key business and product problem statements and opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Internal Tools and Systems PM organization to digitize Regional Product Go-to-Market Processes to accelerate product-led revenue growth.
- Develop a deep understanding of Sales and Client Solutions workflows, pain points and decision-making needs, translating on-the-ground insights into a clear product operations vision, prioritized roadmap and scalable solutions across internal tools and systems.
- Collaborate with Product and cross-functional partners to build and enhance tooling and system workflows that support ad policy troubleshooting, campaign diagnostics and performance optimization. Ensure client accounts, ad accounts, and campaigns follow best-practice setups to maximize performance, while identifying and enabling upsell opportunities such as new ad products, alpha/beta programs, product bundles, and BLS initiatives.
- Enable actionable analytics, insights, and client recommendations within internal tools (including CRM) to support efficient, data-driven decision-making by Sales and Client Solutions Managers.
- Drive product enablement execution by operationalizing launches and tool updates into workflows and communications that drive fast adoption and consistent usage by Sales and Client Solutions teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in product operations, product marketing, product strategy, product management, digital advertising or relevant experience with a strong focus on performance/direct response marketing and app marketing
- Familiarity with CRM systems, internal tooling, or workflow platforms, and an understanding of how tooling supports Sales, Client Solutions, or customer-facing teams
- Strong ability to translate user needs and business requirements into clear problem statements, prioritized roadmaps, and scalable operating models
- Strong leadership skills, whether with direct team or indirectly with cross-functional teams. Ability to motivate a team and drive outcomes, unblocking issues where needed
- Ability to set priorities, problem solve and multi-task
- Flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Possess a strong knowledge of trends in the Digital Marketing & Media in Product management / Consulting experience
- Ability and desire to solve complex problems with data and quantitative analytical skills
