Join our TikTok-PGC team and play a vital role in empowering Film/TV entertainment partners around the world! As a Product Strategy & Operations Manager, you'll focus on enhancing the experience of Film/TV Entertainment partners (PGC) on our platform, driving creativity and innovation in the short video space. If you're passionate for Film/TV industry content, have a drive to build innovative products, and enjoy building global connections, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for driving the product infrastructure for the Film/TV vertical entertainment, supporting (film/TV) publishers/rightsholders' promotions, content growth, copyright protection needs at TikTok.

2. Design and execute product and business KPIs and operational strategies, on the basis of understanding entertainment publishers, and TikTok content ecosystem.
3. Conduct research on entertainment industries worldwide to discover new opportunities.
4. Collaborate closely with Product, Partnerships, Data and Legal teams to drive our success.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
1. Bachelor and above, use English as a working language.
2. 3 years or above working experience at a major company in the entertainment industry and/or internet content platform.
3. Working experience in digital tech products and/or film & TV copyright management/licensing.
4. Strong data analysis, strategy, and logical thinking skills, able to understand complicated situations, define key problems and develop approaches and cross-functional operational workstreams to solve problems and achieve goals.
5. Good at cross-cultural understanding, communication, coordination and pushing initiatives forward and proactively, result-oriented.
6. Have empathy for users, being able to deeply understand creator's demands.
Preferred qualifications
1. Proficiency in using Chinese as working language as the role will have some collaboration with local and global teams, including teams based in China where Chinese will be used in daily work.
2. Overseas working experience and marketing experience is a plus.
3. MBA is a plus.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $110222 - $248400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
