Product Operation Manager, BPO Management - TikTok Local Services

Responsibilities

LBS team is responsible for location-based database and services, to support application scenarios e.g. TikTok, Lemon8. The objective is to help businesses to better connect users with real world places and services, to solve their unmet needs, meanwhile, grow local businesses.

- Responsible for the implementation of local overseas data production processes, ensuring the rapid and efficient execution of POI data production work.
- Responsible for managing BPO data production, ensuring stable and efficient output from BPO.
- Collaborate with business units to establish data specifications and standards that are compliant with local scenarios.
- Able to systematically identify production platform issues based on local data production operations, formulate requirements and drive problem resolution.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years of experience in product operation.
- Have experience in at least one of the following categories: personnel management, production management, data construction, or data evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration and integration capabilities.
- Map and location data ingestion, local service business experience is preferred.
- Strong sensitivity to data, able to discover problems through data analysis and produce corresponding solutions.
- Strong ability to learn, able to adapt to rapid changes in business and provide constructive suggestions for business development.
