As an AI/LLM Operation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the training, evaluation and optimization processes of AI models, particularly focusing on content moderation. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop comprehensive skills spanning from theoretical knowledge to hands-on engineering practices. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operation of large language models, including training, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define model requirements, implement solutions, and ensure smooth integration with existing systems.
- Conduct performance analysis, identify areas for improvement, able to deep dive and implement optimization strategies to enhance model accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in large language model technology and industry best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders regarding model operation and usage.
- Contribute to the development of new features and functionalities for large language models based on business needs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in internet or tech companies
- Strong understanding of machine learning principles, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning techniques.
- Strong data sensitivity, proficient in in-depth data interpretation, and committed to data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working in product or product operation roles preferred
