Responsibilities
Pangle is the ad network of TikTok for Business, enabling global app developers and mobile site operators to grow their apps/websites and maximize earnings through exclusive ad demand from TikTok for Business. Pangle offers a growing all-mobile network in over 20 emerging markets, with proven success in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Latin America.
Responsibilities
1. Strategize platform types of clients, e.g., E-commerce, O2O business, oriented product Solutions' Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives regarding product strategies, positioning, and the GTM process; drive product launches and monitor product adoption progress;
2. Responsible for key accounts (KA) solution adoption progress, business growth strategy, and tactics development, in charge of the execution process along with internal XFN teams;

3. Customize KA-specific GTM strategies and execute programs globally with the assistance of global partner teams, from defining key milestones and timelines to driving XFN alignments and managing key stakeholders along the GTM process;
4. Forge a reliable partnership with internal XFN teams, such as sales and the client solutions team, and extend the collaboration with clients directly;
5. Conduct regular inbound research to understand customers' voices and provide insights and guidance to the product team for solution development and iterations;
6. Closely monitor product adoption and performance, drive internal discussions, and diagnose business challenges and adoption roadblocks.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with minimum 5 years of experience in the social network industry, preferably with experience in mobile internet, e-commerce, and advertising;
2. Data-sensitive, with clear, logical thinking; strong learning attitude and ability to work under pressure;
3. Solid project management skills, communication skills, team collaboration, and a sense of ownership;
4. Excel in English at both oral and written capabilities, and be able to communicate fluently and professionally with proficient English speakers;
5. Proactive in nature, capable of self-navigating the ambiguities and presenting solutions and recommendations for the leadership team;
6. Comfortable working in a ambiguous, and dynamic environment.
