About the Team
Our team is at the forefront of building and optimizing content safety systems. With a focus on optimising and advancing content safety, we leverage advanced large language and multimodal models to enhance review efficiency, risk control, and user trust. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, we deliver scalable solutions that keep pace with rapid global growth.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and implementing TikTok's minor safety content strategies to ensure the platform provides age-appropriate content.
- Develop product roadmap for minor content safety, set and track success metrics.
- Continuously identify and assess content safety risks, leveraging data and case analysis to formulate and drive effective optimization plans.
- Collaborate with Policy, Algor, RD, Legal, and other XFN teams to ensure efficient project execution and delivery.
- Monitor internal and external feedback, and proactively adjust product strategies to enhance overall safety levels.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 5+ years of work experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in safety governance and content product management.
- Strong data analysis capabilities, and sensitivity to content issues.
- Deep understanding of governance strategies and user experience, with the ability to develop comprehensive product solutions and achieve goals.
