About Our Team
The TikTok Money Platform is responsible for providing a one-stop solution for financial matters across various monetization scenarios of TikTok.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at our Company aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Watch your ambitions become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at our Company.
Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to Our Company and its affiliates' jobs globally. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.
We support credit-bearing internship registration, subject to the intern's school requirements and company approval.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to either of the following Internships
- From May to August (onboard by 11 May 2026)
1. Regularly collect requirements from business units and effectively communicate them to the product development team.
2. Provide solutions and ensure execution for straightforward payment scenarios.
3. Coordinate internal product prioritization, ensuring efficient coordination and allocation of development resources to drive orderly progress of business requirements.
4. Collect, organize, analyze, and promptly respond to user feedback and on-call for all payment business units.Continuously optimize online processing mechanisms and solutions. Drive product iterations to offer high-quality tools meeting business needs.
5. Manage payment requirements for new country expansions, especially standard solutions integration for business units.
6. Facilitate communication and education for business units and users during the launch of new features.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master
- Able to commit to working for 12 weeks with 4 days onsite during Spring 2026
- Preliminary understanding of TikTok's business ecosystem, especially in the areas of payment and user feedback.
- Basic data analysis skills to extract valuable insights from user feedback.
- Strong sense of responsibility to drive the launch of new features, ensuring a smooth experience for users and business units.
Preferred Qualifications
- Able to commit continue to work onsite during Summer 2026
- Some experience in optimizing development and business collaboration processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, adept at handling diverse requirements and feedback from multiple business units.
