The Business Integrity (BI) team is dedicated to developing the latest technologies and driving initiatives that mitigate risks in commercial content, ensuring a responsible and seamless experience for advertisers on the TikTok platform.
This role sits within the Advertiser Experience Product and Operations Team under Business Integrity. Our team focuses on enhancing advertiser satisfaction during commercial content and account review processes through data-driven strategies and operational excellence.
About the Role
As a Product Manager for Advertiser Experience within Business Integrity, you will lead initiatives to optimize advertiser interactions with TikTok Ads Manager, ensuring integrity is embedded at necessary touchpoints. You will design intuitive UI/UX solutions, drive transparency, and own the roadmap for campaign management features, balancing compliance with advertiser needs. Collaborating with engineering, data science, and policy teams, you'll turn insights into scalable solutions that uphold TikTok's standards while fueling business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and optimization of integrity-focused advertiser experiences across TikTok Ads Manager touchpoints.
- Implement intuitive UI/UX solutions for notifications and transparency to enhance advertiser trust and compliance.
- Own the roadmap and strategy for campaign management features, defining and prioritizing product requirements aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to identify challenges, define product strategies, and set objectives tailored to performance advertisers.
- Leverage customer feedback, user research, and data analytics to identify growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement in advertiser-facing experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with ad tech trends and emerging technologies, ensuring TikTok remains at the forefront of innovative and ethical advertising solutions.
- Track and analyze key product metrics to inform decisions and iteratively improve the ads platform.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 2-5 years of product management experience, with a track record of launching and scaling products or features from 0 to 1.
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making and experience with Ads platforms, performance marketing, or trust and safety.
- Strong UI/UX sensibility and experience designing intuitive advertiser tools.
- Proven ability to collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and global teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and articulate complex trade-offs.
- Intellectual curiosity and a passion for solving problems at the intersection of ethics, business, and technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Ad tech, policy compliance, or integrity-focused product work.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning/AI applications for advertiser experiences.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $120000 - $218000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
