Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience designing PC/Web-based tools or complex systems
- Strong end-to-end product design capability, including interaction design, visual design, and system thinking.
- Solid product and data mindset, with the ability to make design decisions informed by user behavior and metrics.
- High ownership, strong learning agility, and a habit of reflection and design iteration.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with mobile creation tools.
- Experience with user research, motion design, data analysis, or understanding of technical implementation.
- Familiarity with creator tools, game art, visual effects, filters, or beauty-related products.
- Strong internet culture awareness, a great sense of humor, and genuine passion for creative expression and everyday life.
- Experience with mobile creation tools is a plus.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $87822 - $184000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
