Product Design Leader (Platform Responsibility) - TikTok UX (San Jose)

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of product design experience for mobile apps, with experience in people management or demonstrated ability to lead projects as a strong individual contributor
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling successful collaboration with teams across the organization
- Commit to high-quality team output with keen attention to detail. Being able to continuously seek and contribute new impacts to business. Proficiency in A/B testing and data-informed design methodologies
- Entrepreneurial, adaptable to rapid changes and less-than-ideal situations
- Open-minded, self-motivated, receptive to feedback, and patient

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of AI coding and AI-driven workflows optimization
- Enthusiastic about TikTok and its community

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $159000 - $288000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
