Privileged Access Management Architect, Global Security Organization

- Perform comparative evaluation, testing, implementation and optimization of industry standard PAM solutions
- Improve PAM policies, standards, and best practices aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g. PCI-DSS, NIS2, ISO 27001, SOX).
- Partner with the GRC teams to conduct risk assessments and threat modeling specific to privileged access scenarios.
- Manage lifecycle of privileged accounts, including discovery, onboarding, rotation, monitoring, and offboarding.
- Support audits by ensuring appropriate controls, evidence, and documentation for PAM processes.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and operations teams.
- Stay current with emerging threats, trends, and technologies in IAM and PAM.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience designing and deploying PAM solutions in large, complex environments.
- Deep understanding of identity and access management, role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege, and Zero Trust principles.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major PAM platform (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, etc.) and secret management tools (Hashicorp Vault).
- Familiarity with cloud IAM and PAM for Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, networking, and security protocols.
- Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python, REST APIs).
- Ability to build strategic partnerships with cross regional teams and influence their roadmaps to deliver strategic PAM solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure, with at least 3+ years in a PAM-focused role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Ability to work independently with global cross-regional teams.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $147200 - $269800 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
