Successful candidates must be able to commit to either of the following Internships

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on issues and creator behaviors, understand the impact of policies on TikTok users and the LIVE ecosystem, and deliver business insights through data analysis, evaluation, issue research, relevant experience and innovative methods, providing clear and actionable recommendations for business decisions.
- Based on an understanding of TikTok LIVE content and monetization business, identify optimization opportunities in existing policies, products or processes.
- Continuously monitor the platform, combine quantitative tools and qualitative methods to anticipate potential risks, collaborate with global cross-functional teams (Product, R&D, Operations, Data Science, Legal, PR, etc.), assist in developing scalable solutions and long-term strategies, and drive internal consensus.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or above; majors in Computer Science, Data Science, Business and related fields.
- Familiar with live streaming/content platforms, with an understanding of the TikTok LIVE creator ecosystem; possesses basic data analysis skills (SQL) to support business decision-making; able to quickly adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and respond to real-time governance challenges.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, communication and teamwork abilities; capable of interpreting data and delivering actionable insights.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Prior internship or project experience in Product Management, Content Governance, Trust and Safety is preferred.
