The Platform Experience team's main focus is to create and implement strategies that enhance the overall customer journey. We focus on strategic planning & initiatives that address customer pain points, improve satisfaction, & driving continuous improvements that align with the company's goals and values.

This role will be responsible to support coordination the team's projects & key initiatives, which are led by project owners and cross-functional leaders in their respective domains of payments, logistics & aftersales & other aspects which relate to customer experiences of the platform.

The scope will encompass evaluating proposals from project owners, setting standards for performance and working with the owners to ensure business initiatives meet budget & return requirements. This role is a pivotal function for the performance of the team. A suitable candidate will need to have the ability to manage working with multiple cross function stakeholders, and teams to ensure projects & initiatives can be executed successfully.
