We are the TikTok Shop Indonesia e-commerce business team, focusing on live streaming and short video content strategy operations. We are deeply rooted in the fast-growing Indonesian e-commerce market, driving merchant growth and enhancing user shopping experience through tailored content strategies. Our team is young and dynamic. Here, you will get exposure to the cutting-edge e-commerce content trends in Indonesia, participate in end-to-end strategy execution from 0 to 1, and quickly accumulate core experience in both localized e-commerce operations and content strategy.

Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Insights: Assist in pulling and analyzing key metrics of Indonesian e-commerce live streaming, various special project data indicators, and merchant growth data. Deliver accurate, objective data conclusions and operational insights.
- Operational Strategy & Methodology Development: For different live streaming special projects and issues, assist the mentor in case collection, merchant interviews & data retrieval, and methodology development.
- Merchant Education & Outreach: For merchant groups involved in different live streaming projects, conduct merchant segmentation, outreach strategy, and resource allocation.
- Cross-team Communication: Independently liaise with vertical teams and cross-functional teams, clarify requirements and boundaries, drive task execution, and ensure efficient implementation of Indonesia live streaming strategies.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics or Business management background
- Candidates must have the following competencies: data analysis skills (SQL/Excel).

Preferred Qualification(s):
- Prior internship experience in live streaming/e-commerce/content operations. TikTok platform live e-commerce operations experience is preferred.
- Strong interest in overseas e-commerce and live streaming/short video content operations.
- Strong logical thinking and structured expression abilities. Detail-oriented, rigorous, responsible, and able to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
