Responsibilities

Team Introduction
The Performance & Incentives (P&I) Global Projects team drives the company's international compensation and incentive agenda (excluding Mainland China), leading key initiatives such as Global Fair Compensation (pay equity, reporting, and transparency), Pay Compliance, Pay Policies, and Global Communication & Alignment across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. Balancing strategy and execution, the team develops future-ready, system-driven compensation strategies that align with business goals, remain competitive, and ensure global compliance.

Responsibilities
1. Project Management:
- Plan, scope, execute, and monitor projects related to fair compensation practices, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards;

- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones, effectively communicating them to all stakeholders;
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as necessary;
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to the team and stakeholders.
2. Strategic Alignment:
- Ensure fair compensation projects align with the company's Performance & Incentive philosophies and support long-term business objectives;
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (P&I Business Partners, HRBP, TAs, etc.) to integrate projects into the broader business and PI strategy;
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in performance and incentives to maintain competitive policies;
3. Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including P&I Business Partners, HRBPs and others;
- Engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure their needs are met;
- Manage expectations and communicate effectively to secure buy-in and support for projects;
4. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the P&I Global Projects team to ensure seamless knowledge sharing and teamwork;
- Support team members in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the team;
- Actively participate in team meetings, providing input and feedback as needed;
5. Pay Equity Legislative Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations regarding pay equity, pay transparency, and gender pay gap reporting;
- Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for EU Pay Transparency compliance;
- Stay updated on changes in pay equity legislation and recommend adjustments accordingly;
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to balance legal requirements with management philosophies;
6. Communication and Reporting:
- Prepare clear and concise project reports, communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders;
- Present project updates and recommendations to senior management as required;
- Facilitate effective communication between teams to ensure information is shared efficiently;
7. Fair Compensation Training & Education:
- Co-create content and deliver training or e-learning modules on Fair Compensation Principles, practices, and policies;
- Develop ad-hoc training plans tailored to the unique needs of P&I Business Partners or HRBPs;
- Maintain an annual training calendar based on a comprehensive Training Needs Analysis;
- Track and monitor the efficiency and impact of these trainings, iterating on a bi-annual basis.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's or above degree in Human Resources or a related field;
2. 5 years of experience in compensation, focusing on pay gap and/or pay equity, with exposure to global fair compensation practices;
3. Strong analytical and project management skills, with a proven ability to interpret data and trends to inform compensation and incentive strategies;
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging effectively with HR, business leaders, and employees, and presenting findings clearly to diverse audiences;
5. High standards of ethics and discretion, with experience handling confidential and sensitive information.

Preferred Qualification
1. Comfortable leading high-impact, cross-functional projects under tight timelines in a fast-paced, global environment across time zones.
