Responsibilities
- Research employment tax legislation changes across EMEA and assess business impact of tax law changes
- Review large datasets and extract insights to inform employment tax processes/policies
- Support employment tax process improvement initiatives
- Draft employment tax technical analysis and positions for review by management before implementation
- Support to test payroll system updates, document test scenarios, validate results, and report defects
- Data preparation and coordination to support completion of tax returns
- Other tax administration duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR or a related discipline.
- Detail oriented, excellent analytical skills, ability to take initiative with a strong interest in international payroll and employment taxes
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple data cycles, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills to explain data issues and findings to cross-functional partners

- Demonstrate interest in pursuing a career in employment tax, tax technology, payroll operations, or employment tax, with an eagerness to develop knowledge of EMEA tax requirements and technology enabled compliance processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, MS Excel Power Query/Pivot, or other BI tools to perform analysis and reconciliations
- Graduated with a degree in computer science, accounting, law or finance from an Enrolled as a student in an accredited college or university
