TikTok is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support our EMEA team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion. This is a full-time role based in Dubai.

Responsibilities:
1. Managing and improving payroll operations of multiple countries within the EMEA region, including UK payroll.
2. Effectively manage payroll vendors by strictly adhering to the contract and SLA.
3. Develop relationships with local authorities, including Social Security, Tax, etc.
4. Partner with HR Business Partners and the HR Operations team to upgrade employee experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in accounting/payroll management preferred.
2. Hands-on, strong functional knowledge and a minimum of 3 years of in-house payroll operation experience.
3. Payroll and tax knowledge across multiple countries in EMEA.
4. Strong vendor management and project management skills.
5. Strong influence and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Payroll system implementation experience is preferred.
