Partner/Vendor Sourcing Specialist - AI Data Service Operations
Responsibilities
The AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team is responsible for providing safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all of the company's international products, which can also help international products build their own data ecological security.
What will I do?
As a Partner/Vendor Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end partner lifecycle, from identifying and evaluating new local and regional vendors to maintaining a comprehensive ledger of existing partnerships. You will leverage your market knowledge to advise internal stakeholders on the best allocation of products and services, matching them with each partner's strengths and operational maturity. Beyond onboarding, you will lead commercial negotiations to optimize pricing and service scopes, and foster long-term, high-performing relationships through regular reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard local and regional BPO partners, leveraging market knowledge to assess capability, capacity, and service quality.
- Advise internal stakeholders on optimal allocation of in-house products and services based on each partners strengths, specialization, and operational maturity.
- Maintain an up-to-date ledger of existing partnerships, including capabilities, commercial terms, performance metrics, and contract status.
- Lead commercial discussions to optimize pricing structures, service scope, and value propositions while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Build and sustain strong partner relationships through regular performance reviews, strategic dialogue, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Proven experience in vendor management, BPO procurement, or strategic sourcing, ideally with a focus on local and regional markets.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate partner capabilities, assess operational capacity, and negotiate complex commercial terms and pricing structures.
- Strong analytical and advisory skills to guide internal stakeholders on optimal service allocation and partner selection.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with experience leading performance reviews and strategic discussions.
- Familiarity with maintaining contract ledgers, tracking performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement programs.
