Partnership Operations Manager- San Francisco (Third Party Associate)
Responsibilities
In this role, you'll work directly with TikTok's Product Partnerships team to support partner operations across the global data, measurement, media buying, and analytics ecosystems. TikTok's Product Partners span a large and diverse ecosystem of actors, all playing an essential role in bringing product innovation and services to make advertisers successful on the platform. You will support our operational and financial workflows.
Responsibilities
- Revenue & Financial Operations: Own the end-to-end support for revenue share reports and analysis; manage expense submissions and maintain tight alignment with Finance teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- External Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact for global partners regarding operational workflows, setting clear expectations and troubleshooting reporting issues.
- Internal Knowledge Management: Drive internal communications by maintaining the team's wiki system and knowledge hub, ensuring all resources are up-to-date for global stakeholders.
- Team & Executive Enablement: Support team-wide operations including offsite planning, culture-building initiatives, and strategic calendar management for leadership to maximize team productivity.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Operational Excellence: Proven experience in Project Management or Operations; you are someone who sees a messy process and feels a deep-seated need to fix it.
- Quantitative Comfort: Comfortable with data and quantitative analysis, specifically as it relates to financial reporting.
- Professional Presence: Experience interacting with and managing high-level internal and external stakeholders with autonomy and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Adaptability: A "no task too big or too small" mentality. You are just as comfortable diving into a complex revenue report as you are planning a 50-person team offsite.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (hourly)
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $50- $75.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
