Partner Operations Manager (Video Safety Operations), Trust & Safety
Responsibilities
The Video Safety Operations Team is responsible for the review and enforcement of policies on Video formats across AMS (excluding US), EMEA, and APAC regions. Our mission is to cultivate safe, trusted video environments and experiences that are necessary to inspire creativity and bring joy. The team's global operational scale also enables focus on other critical formats - Photo, Drama, Push, Hashtag, Effects, and additional coverage for the regulatory workflows for T&S Operations on DSA/OSA.
The team is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of video safety, through upfront demand planning and resource forecasting, daily operational management, and operational excellence to ensure high quality, efficiency, and cost effective operations.
The Partner Operations Manager is responsible for driving executional excellence across partner/vendor operations, ensuring delivery against operational goals, governance standards, and performance targets. Reporting to the Global Partner Success Lead, this role acts as the bridge between strategy and execution-translating global frameworks into actionable plans while managing partner performance, operational risks, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations across multiple sites and lines of business, while maintaining high standards in quality, efficiency, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Partner Operations Execution & Performance Management
- Execute partner operations strategy across assigned vendors, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and business objectives.
- Monitor and drive performance across alignment with key operational functions (WFM, QA, Training, Operations delivery).
- Track and analyze KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Support onboarding and ramp-up of new projects, ensuring readiness and smooth transition to steady state.
- Vendor Management & Operational Oversight
- Manage day-to-day vendor relationships, ensuring consistent delivery against contractual obligations and operational standards.
- Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues, driving timely resolution and mitigation of risks.
- Conduct regular business reviews (WBR/MBR/QBR) with partners to ensure alignment, performance tracking, and accountability.
- Partner with vendors to identify improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.
- Quality Governance & Risk Management
- Implement governance frameworks and ensure adherence to global operational standards, policies, and procedures.
- Identify operational risks and proactively drive mitigation plans to minimize business impact.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, data security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain structured documentation, reporting, and audit readiness across partner operations.
- Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scalability and productivity.
- Support implementation of transformation programs, tools, and automation initiatives.
- Standardize processes across vendors to ensure consistency and reduce operational variability.
- Leverage data insights to recommend and implement performance improvement strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Operations, OGS, WFM, Quality & Training) to align on priorities and execution plans.
- Support rollout of new policies, tools, and operational changes across partner sites.
- Provide structured updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership on partner performance and risks.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
- 4+ years of experience in partner/vendor operations, outsourcing management, or operations program management.
- High oral and written proficiency in Korean is required as this role will cover Korean-speaking markets
- Proven experience managing vendor performance and operational delivery in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage escalations effectively.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Previous experience working in a Trust & Safety environment, incident management or risk management would be advantageous, especially within the APAC markets
