The LIVE team is dedicated to optimising all aspects of TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetisation, gifting, features, and data analysis to creator education, campaigns, and supporting agencies, we ensure a fun and safe space for all our LIVE users. Our mission is to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and foster positive experiences for creators and agencies alike.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day VIP user operation inquiries and support
- Conduct NPS research and surveys for paid/VIP users
- Provide VIP user care, including gift distribution, feedback follow-up, and related engagement activities
- Perform content analysis to deepen paid user understanding and generate actionable insights
- Carry out daily data monitoring to support the team's operations and reporting

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or data-related discipline.
- Strong communication skills; Fluency in English and Arabic as working languages, with strong oral and written communication skills in both, to support communications and cross-functional collaboration with global markets and key stakeholders based in Arabic-speaking markets, where Arabic is a primary working language.
- Strong interest in user operations, community building, and the live-streaming / social media industry
