About the Team
The LIVE team is dedicated to optimising all aspects of TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetisation, gifting, features, and data analysis to creator education, campaigns, and supporting agencies, we ensure a fun and safe space for all our LIVE users. Our mission is to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and foster positive experiences for creators and agencies alike.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities
- Support the development of live streaming business across international regions; participate in planning for streamer operations; understand local user preferences in overseas markets; review streamer interview results across multiple regions; and follow up on execution outcomes.
- Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, training, and management of live streamers.
- Help plan and execute local campaigns to enrich content diversity and enhance overall revenue.
- Assist with strategy development, information consolidation, document translation, and data analysis.
- Develop a strong understanding of streamer and user behaviour; help identify user characteristics in overseas markets; propose constructive and exploratory suggestions; drive problem-solving; and contribute to improving user experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Business or related discipline.
- Fluency in both oral and written English and Arabic. Our team works with stakeholders from both the Middle East and globally and will be required to communicate effectively with them
- Strong product intuition with the ability to analyse, categorise, and prioritise user feedback quickly and accurately
- Proficient in Photoshop and Office software; passionate about the internet industry, with strong interest in short-video and live-streaming apps
- Strong communication and learning abilities, resilient, and a collaborative team spirit
- Able to work at least four days per week
- Able to commit to an internship of three months minimum
