Operations Excellence Lead, EUI Monetization Strategy & Operations

Responsibilities

The Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting and insights, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally.

We're looking for an independent, driven leader to join and lead the Operations Excellence team within EUI MSO. The team is responsible for driving key processes across account management, sales performance management, knowledge & resource management/training, process excellence and optimisations, as well as day-to-day sales enablement activities. The team aims to provide 1st class support to our sales teams and act as subject matter experts across all sales processes, policies, and systems in order to drive business growth.

What You Will Do
- Lead a team to support end-to-end daily operations for TT EUI sales teams.
- Drive key processes related to account management activities, incl. account creation/edits, ongoing maintenance of account hygiene, and support quarterly/bi-annual transfers.
- Lead on the execution of sales performance/incentive management, incl. conducting performance adjustments and driving quarterly bonus calculations end-to-end.
- Work with relevant stakeholders in order to proactively improve and automate existing sales related processes as well as build new ones (including but not limited to contracting, billing, invoicing, CRM/system related issues), by conducting requirement gathering, process design, testing and landing.
- Ensure compliance with cross-functional teams (Finance, Tax & Legal) and smooth execution of each task, while keeping track of SLA.
- Create, maintain, and execute training programs and/or resources.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven leadership capabilities and experiences in a strategy and operations function/role focusing on driving operational excellence/improvements.
- Proven ability to convey operational status/issues to multiple levels of the organisation with the appropriate level of detail and clarity, using data to drive compelling narratives that influence decision-making.
- Fast learner, ability to independently multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Experience working cross-functionally with various internal teams, including Finance, Sales, and Product.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data visualization software, BI tools, or SQL is a plus.
- Familiarity with major sales CRM platforms (e.g. SalesForce,), Order Management Systems (Operative, FatTail, Prisma, etc.) and Ads Platforms (Google Ads Manager, Facebook, etc.) is a plus.
