TikTok LIVE Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes. As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides robust and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 6 months long internship period.

- Lead the support and operational execution of LIVE campaigns for the Indonesia market, ensuring flawless configuration, timely rollout, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Localise and elevate case studies, GTM (Go-to-Market) materials, and other creator-facing documentation, ensuring linguistic accuracy, market relevance, and high editorial quality.
- Manage the preparation, scheduling, and quality assurance of push notifications and in-app notices to effectively reach creators and users while maintaining operational rigor.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams-including product, marketing, and regional operations-to secure seamless campaign delivery and consistently produce high-quality localised assets.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Able to work 5 days a week for 6 months.
- Strong data literacy with the ability to interpret performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Indonesian and proficiency in English required
