NLP Algorithm Engineer, Global CRM

Responsibilities

The goal of our team is to build a stable, flexible, and intelligent CRM platform, improve commercialization efficiency and client satisfaction. We are seeking self-motivated Software Engineers to develop an excellent platform for our clients and sales all over the world.

Leveraging your knowledge of CRM system architecture, you'll work hands-on in a fast-paced environment to engineer solutions and actionable recommendations to develop TikTok's proprietary CRM into an enterprise-grade, market-leading platform. You'll work alongside a global team of product managers located in TikTok's major markets to build innovative sales, marketing and analytics tools to increase user adoption and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
1. Leverage NLP technologies such as deep learning and large language models (LLMs), and optimize tasks like semantic understanding and information extraction in commercial scenarios.
2. Be responsible for optimizing the algorithm performance of commercial intelligent Q&A systems, marketing chatbots, and other applications to enhance the intelligence level of commercial products.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Possess project experience in natural language processing (NLP), with in-depth research in fields such as text semantic computing, intelligent Q&A, or intelligent dialogue bots.
2. Strong engineering practice capabilities, proficiency in programming languages like Python, and good code writing habits.
3. Passionate about tackling challenging problems and equipped with excellent logical thinking skills.
4. Good teamwork and communication skills.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $187040 - $359720 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
