Monetization Strategy and Operation - Revenue Operation Associate (Third Party Associate)

About the team
The high-performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Solving complex Billing issues via Invoicing / Statement adjustments and developing innovative support solutions
- Management of post-advertising Overdues & Cash collections
- Operationalize onboarding contracting and troubleshooting processes
- AR / AP Management
- Credit line Management
- Help develop and enforce documentation design, review, and storage up to date guidelines.
- Manage and keep the existing business process and policy docs up to date with continuous enhancements and new developments.
- Provide ad hoc support on revenue operation related work
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1+ year of professional working experience in sales operation, CRM system management or process optimization in fast-paced companies
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or another related area of study
- Logical thinking ability, able to quickly identify problems and propose solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Experience with data visualization software, BI tools, or SQL is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Rich experience in cross-team project cooperation and communication, able to work with multinational teams
- Self-driven, curious, passionate about being involved in the business, growing fast, and able to adapt to a high work pace
- Familiarity with major sales CRM platforms (e.g. SalesForce), Order Management Systems is a plus
- As a global team, business-level English (Fluency in English is a plus) to communicate with
cross-functional and cross-regional partners
