Monetization Data Product Manager

You will act as a bridge between data, engineering, and business stakeholders, ensuring our data infrastructure and tools meet the needs of a fast-growing global business. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how data drives decision-making across TikTok's monetization ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
- Deeply understand monetization product details and business workflows and explore innovative but practical solutions to drive best practices for international business
- Identify key business metrics and translate them into actionable data solutions
- Deliver data products with framework-driven insights to support decision-making
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify business challenges and align with short-term and long-term goals
- Develop a clear and consensus-driven roadmap, balancing immediate business needs with long-term product development

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with 3+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in data product roles
- Proficient in SQL for querying and debugging metadata
- Written and oral proficiency in Mandarin required. Both English and Mandarin skill sets are required to support clients in APAC and to communicate with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of data analysis frameworks and the ability to decompose complex business scenarios into structured data products
- Ability to independently identify issues and propose data-driven solutions
- Experience in producing high-quality product documentation and prototypes
- Background in data analysis, data science, data engineering, or statistical analysis is a plus

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $149040 - $311600 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
