We are looking for a Mid-Market Lead to drive growth and scale TikTok's dine-in local services ecosystem. TikTok's local services partnerships are a key lever for expanding platform adoption and delivering value to both users and merchants. In this role, you will own relationships with mid-market dine-in partners while coaching and leading a small team of account managers to execute scalable growth strategies.

The immediate focus will be on expanding and deepening partnerships with regional and growing dine-in partners, driving adoption, revenue growth, and operational excellence across TikTok's platform.
Responsibilities
1. Lead and scale a team of Mid-Market Account Managers overseeing TikTok's Go. Provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to drive both team and client success. Support your team's career growth while fostering high performance.
2. Own revenue and growth outcomes for mid-market dine-in accounts. Translate topline targets into clear account strategies, operating plans, and execution priorities for regional and growing multi-location brands.
3. Serve as a primary partner to mid-market merchants, engaging key stakeholders to drive adoption, expansion, and retention. Align TikTok solutions with partners' business objectives.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations to scale best practices, improve processes, and close performance gaps across the mid-market team.
5. Build and maintain an inclusive, high-performing team culture that values ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in account management or client services roles, particularly with mid-market partners.
- Proven track record in people management, leading and developing mid-market account or sales teams while driving measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, adoption, and client retention within mid-market accounts.
- Strong strategic thinking, operational rigor, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive measurable client outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading a regional mid-market team.
- Deep understanding of US's food and dine-in industry, including key trends and market dynamics.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
- Proven ability to lead and align with cross-functional teams-especially in Operations, Product, and Analytics-to deliver cohesive and scalable solutions.
- Robust product acumen, with the ability to understand and contribute to TikTok's local services strategy.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $158080 - $297920 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
