Measurement Partner Lead - Global Monetization Product and Technology - EUI
Responsibilities
The Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimise their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behavior change.
TikTok is looking for a full-time Measurement Partner Lead to scale a high-performing Measurement team and to hire and develop top talent. We seek a motivated and empathetic individual with strong analytical skills, aiming to develop our Marketing Science discipline.
Responsibilities:
- Scale a high-performing Measurement team, hiring and developing top talent.
- Lead partnerships with agencies and clients, delivering impactful measurement that strengthens their understanding of performance on our platform.
- Drive strategic consulting with revenue and product teams, shaping and executing learning agendas for key clients and agencies.
- Capture and channel client and agency feedback so their needs directly inform product, partnerships, and roadmap priorities.
- Work closely with EU leadership to deliver clear, compelling Measurement POVs for clients and regional teams.
- Collaborate with product and partnerships teams to identify and prioritise the right measurement solutions and partnerships for the region.
- Partner with global teams to advocate for and secure continued investment in team growth, including adjacent areas like research and data science.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in digital advertising, large marketing-related organizations, or measurement suppliers where most recent responsibilities have included management, organizational growth, operational discipline, and client success
- Management experience service based leadership
- A strong track record of building analytical teams with clear examples of operational discipline and strategic acumen
- Experience in inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods
- Ability to work effectively, deploy consistent quality, and provide guidance on what decisions should be made
- Proficiency with performance attribution measurement
- Experience with advertising agencies or complex marketing data-driven organizations preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with regional industry lobby groups and measurement initiatives a plus
- Relevant bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; graduate degree in a science, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing, or research preferred
