Responsibilities
The Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimise their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behaviour change.
About the Role
This Measurement Partner role partners with leading clients in the designated region, supporting a mix of branding-focused as well as app and web performance-driven advertisers, to help measure the effectiveness of their investment in our platform with performance-focussed advertisers. In addition, the Measurement Partner partners with key cross-functional teams such as sales, product marketing, measurement product, and business marketing to ensure that clients and agencies have best-in-class support.

Responsibilities:
- Partner primarily with clients and agencies to provide good measurement that can lead to better understanding of their performance on the platform
- Focus on strategic consulting together with revenue and product teams to help drive and implement learning agendas for clients across branding, app and web performance use cases
- Analyse data to develop advanced analytics projects tailor made for clients to prove that TikTok works
- Manage client and agency feedback to ensure their voice is reflected with our product and partnerships teams
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Extensive, proven experience with digital advertising, large marketing-related organizations, or measurement suppliers
- Relevant bachelor's degree; or equivalent in a quantitative field.
- A track record of inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods
- Exceptional time-management and goal-oriented task management skills are required
- Familiarity with experimentation, incrementality testing as well as attribution and Media Mix Modelling, including triangulation across these methodologies
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
- Exposure to e-commerce-heavy advertisers that are heavily engaging in app and/or web performance measurement is essential
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate degree within a science, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing, or research field preferred
- Experience with advertising agencies or complex marketing data-driven organizations
- Familiarity with privacy-first innovation for measurement systems
- Experience with executing custom analytical work
