Team Introduction
The Measurement team helps interpret and understand the performance of advertising on our platform. We partner with advertisers and agencies to evaluate campaign effectiveness, uncover insights, and identify opportunities to optimise activity. Through data, collaboration, and thoughtful analysis, we help businesses build meaningful connections that drive measurable outcomes.

About the Role
The Measurement Lead will oversee the Measurement Partners within their region and report to the Head of Measurement. The Measurement Lead and the team will partner with leading clients and agencies to help them understand and measure the effectiveness of their investment on our platform. You will play a key role in shaping measurement strategies that support informed decision-making and long-term client success.

This role will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Marketing, Measurement Product, and Business Marketing to ensure clients and agencies receive best-in-class support and insights. You will have a collaborative and curious mindset and enjoy solving complex problems, developing people, and using data to drive impact. Success in this role comes from combining strong analytical thinking with thoughtful leadership and a commitment to helping others grow.

Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of measurement professionals
- Partner with clients and agencies to deliver insights that deepen understanding of performance on the platform
- Work closely with revenue and product teams to design and implement strategic learning agendas for clients and agency partners
- Gather and elevate client and agency feedback to ensure it informs product development and partnerships
- Collaborate with regional leadership to provide measurement perspectives and insights to key stakeholders
- Partner with product and partnerships teams to prioritise measurement solutions that best support the region
- Work with global teams to help shape the case for continued investment and growth across measurement, research, and data science capabilities

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):
- Significant experience in digital advertising, measurement, or marketing analytics, ideally within large marketing organisations, agencies, or measurement providers across the Middle East and/or Africa
- Experience leading or developing analytical teams, with a track record of building strong team cultures and delivering impact through data
- A bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience applying analytical methods and experimental design to solve complex business problems
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in dynamic environments
- The ability to guide teams through complex decisions and deliver consistently high-quality work

Preferred Qualification(s)
- Postgraduate study in areas such as science, mathematics, operations, business, marketing, or research is a plus
- Experience leading client-facing or service-oriented teams
- Familiarity with attribution methodologies and performance measurement frameworks
- Experience working with advertising agencies or data-driven marketing organisations
- Interest in working in a collaborative, fast-moving, global environment
- Familiarity with regional industry initiatives or measurement organisations
