About the Team
TikTok Shop is an innovative marketplace fully integrated into TikTok. It brings together online sellers, buyers and creators - all within TikTok to build a one-stop, seamless shopping experience and bringing more commerce solutions that further enable our community to discover and engage with what they love

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
1. Seller Outreach: Support seller education materials, outreach templates, and campaign setup.
2. Onboarding Support: Check failed onboarding cases and collect common seller issues for follow-up.
3. Product Testing: Test new onboarding features, report bugs, and follow up on product issues.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently in your final year pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above.
- Available to start immediately till the end of the year
- Highly interested in the social media, content industry, with strong curiosity and the ability to learn quickly. And understand the short video/content and livestream ecosystems of TikTok.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with basic data analysis skill
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.

Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in e-commerce is a plus.
